Hi- I just bought a Babka (one chocolate, one cinnamon) from Dean and Deluca in NYC (the BEST!!!). The cake is Parve (non dairy) and uses Palm oil. Do you have any sense of how I could substitute the oil for the milk/butter? I keep kosher and prefer nondairy deserts for after meat dishes.
Ingredient list for the chocolate is: flour, sugar, Palm oil, water, eggs, cocoa, yeast, vanilla, salt. Thanks!!
