I made this yesterday and the results were wonderful. I'm wondering if it's possible to make a cinnamon babka using the bread recipe? I realize that, according to "Seinfeld," it's a lesser babka, but I love cinnamon and think it would be great. But I'm new to baking and wondering what I would use as the filling. I see the recipe for brown sugar cinnamon above, but was thinking more cinnamon flavor than brown sugar. Thanks, Sue
