This was a fun recipe, and now I can say I've made babka :) I added 1/2 cup of hazelnut flour to the filling in place of the nuts -yum! My loaf took longer to bake, but I think that's due to the ceramic pan I baked it in. The 2nd half of the dough I sliced into 12 pieces, pinched the ends closed and put into a muffin pan, baking them for about 35 minutes. The little individual babkas are cute and swirly on the inside.
