Made the two traditional rolled loafs of babka today. Wow!! Came out perfect with a perfect chocolate swirl. Moist, high loafs (maybe because my pans are 8x4) I used milk for the entire amount of liquid and they came out with perfect texture! Not sure what eating a whole loaf of bread will do to a person, but I just might have to find out. Too late, the family walked in! Amazing! Also, I made the Lemon Bliss Bundt Cake last month...again, amazing!
