Hi, I was just wondering.
My oven has different modes where it can release the heat only from the bottom or top, but it can also do both.
On the first 10 min of baking I put a baking sheet with boiling water and remove it after then cook until a dark crust forms.
What mode should I use on the first 10 min while my baking sheet with water steaming there. Should I use the mode where the bottom heats it up or the top? Or maybe both.
I know its pretty complicated but it would really be helpful if you could answer this.
