I love to make no knead breads, and I love being able to change it up. My favorite is adding dried cranberries, and chopped apples coated with cinnamon and a couple tablespoons of sugar. I use my removable crock from my slow cooker. It has a glass cover and nob. My husband thinks this type of bread is dessert. I whip maple syrup and butter to slather on it. Delicious.
