In our recipes that took direct inspiration from Jim Lahey's "no-knead" method of making bread, we credit him in the headnotes. See our No-Knead Chocolate-Cherry Bread as an example: Based on the method from Jim Lahey outlined in The New York Times article by Mark Bittman on November 8, 2006, this bread requires very little effort. Thanks for making sure we were aware of the origins of this method.
