Looks incredible!this coming weekend I am planning on making a no knead bread in a Dutch oven then I came across this article.i got a few questions though.first all I’m using a le crueset Dutch oven,will that heat up well empty and not crack because it’s to expensive to replace and other question the recipes I saw and the one I am using only calls for 3 cups of flour and there is no refrigerator time at all.is that a incorrect/Bad recipe should I look for another one to try? Though all the recipes I find for no knead bread is like this recipe I want to use.confused here!.
