I did not like this. The bread was extremely dense and after having the dough just 1 day in the fridge it tasted like very sour dough. Not even my husband, who likes sour dough, liked it. It did not rise at all, it merely spread out a bit like a goop. I substituted dry milk powder for the vital wheat gluten.
