Hi Cathy, this specific pizza crust is designed to be thin and more delicate, so it's not suggested to pile on heavy toppings. If you wanted something with a little more structure, we recommend trying the Gluten-Free Pizza Crust recipe, as it's a bit sturdier and can handle those added toppings and a pre-bake.
