This is a great find, thank you for sharing all this information. I have recently discovered Kamut flour and am in love. I found a great 100% Kamut pan bread recipe that is soft, fluffy and I would dare say, juicy. The whole loaf was gone the first day. :) I can't wait to explore many more recipes and other ancient grains.
