I have company coming this we… by Chris Summers (not verified) I did sub in 1/4 of the total ounces of flour & milk... so 5.5 oz of starter, then used 3/4 of the recipe volume of milk & flour. I used pesto instead of pizza sauce, and goat's milk cheddar instead of mozzarella. They turned out great! Reply
