This bread is so amazing and easy that I've started making double batches of it, and there's only 2 of us! I slice it and freeze it and it toasts so well! I make one batch into cinnamon raisin loaves, raisins added during the end of kneading, and cinnamon/sugar added when rolling up the loaf. The other batch is just plain loaves for sandwiches. Both are incredible and last us 3-4 weeks. We stopped buying bread altogether!
