Hi Kris, yes, you could certainly make pie crumbs with this recipe for pie crust, which calls for our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour. Or feel free to substitute this flour into your favorite pie crust recipe 1:1 for unbleached all-purpose flour. The pie crumb method will work either way!
