My husband loves your Fruitcake recipe and your fruit blend, my problem is how do you get the cake to stay for the resting time ? the minute he smells it cooking he is waiting to eat it and he does, I keep telling him that if he would let it rest it would be really good ,he say's it is already really good. All kidding aside the cake is wonderful,
