These look great, but it's disappointing not to see the gluten-free versions of these recipes also posted as a companion in the KAF Gluten free blog... If that's not an option, perhaps the test kitchens could provide helpful tips for conversion to Gluten Free, for example if there are different preparation and ingredient handling techniques under each step of the recipe....
