I'm so happy you've made a flour that can be easily substituted for regular flour! I used the Measure to Measure flour to make chocolate chip cookies (the recipe posted on your website). They were delicious the first day, but very dry the next. This leaves me wondering where I went wrong. Any ideas/suggestions? Thank you!
