My mother was from Pennsylvania and always used MacIntosh and Jonathans. I grew up in Michigan and have tons of varieties to choose from. I like to mix Granny Smith, Jonagolds and Honey Crisps. I am going to try Cortland, Granny Smith and Russet. Wish me luck. :)
