Hi Deb, Thanks for bringing this up! One of our bakers who is originally from the West Coast shared that Tillamook, Rose Valley, and Challenge are all respected brands, all great for baking. Organic Valley too! She also mentioned the numerous smaller creameries that make small-batch butter available in some local co-ops, although these might be best enjoyed at the table instead of used in your baking.
