Hi Elaine, You're welcome to bake this bread in a loaf pan. Just be sure to portion off enough dough to fill your sandwich loaf about halfway before it rises. Check out this video on shaping a sandwich loaf to ensure you're giving your dough the treatment it needs to turn into a lofty loaf. Use the same temperature and time, but the key is to test the inside for doneness using a thermometer. 190°F is what you're looking for. Happy baking!
