Anne, gluten-free bread never really has to be kneaded, as it's much closer to a batter than a dough. But you could take a peek at some of our GF bread recipes and add some variations--take the blog post about the GF cinnamon bread, for example--you could do something like that or make it savory by adding rosemary and olives, bacon and cheddar cheese....the possibilities are endless!
