I appreciate the guide about choosing the right loaf pan based on amount of flour in the recipe! I primarily use recipes that give flour in grams (I don't trust myself to get the amount right if I'm using cups, lol, and if a recipe doesn't give grams I don't use it), I googled one cup of flour to grams and it said 120g. Using that number and the little guide for choosing the best size above, would 360g of flour (or less) be 8.5x4.5, 420g of flour you can go either way, 450g of flour use 9x5, and 480g of flour use pain de mie, 10x5, or go by what the recipe calls for, does that sound right? Thanks!
