I was able to obtain some SAF-Instant Premium "High Power" yeast. It's in a red foil one-pound package, but apparently the "high power" designation causes it to referred to on the manufacturer's website as SAF-Purple instead of Red. And all of the information there really relates to commercial baking in large quantities. Do you have any idea if I need to make any adjustments to use this "Premium High Power" yeast in regular recipes? Thank you very much for your informative website! I'm anxious to start using my recently purchased 10 lbs. of King Arthur bread flour!
