Very usefull article, thank you! Quick question, the only yeast i could find during this lock down was the Gold Saf instant yeast. Is it ok to bake everything with it? I am a huge fan on your 100% whole wheat sandwich bread, aka the easiest and most tasty sandwich bread in history, do you think its gonna be ok with the gold saf?
