I have never used the saf t yeast before, but was all I could fine. Do you still measure it the same as with the single packets like red star? I like the idea that you don't need to disslove it first in warm water, if I read that right? I seen the term compressed yeast, is that what this is? Wasn't sure what that term meant. Thanks Jane
