I just baked my 2nd whole wheat bread in a bread machine using instant yeast b/c I couldn't find any more of the ADY I'd been using for the past 2 weeks. The first bread didn't rise, so this time I "proofed" the yeast to test whether it was viable. It bubbled, so I put it in the machine along with the other ingredients. This loaf didn't rise either. Can you advise me? What am I doing wrong?
