When you say that SAF Instant yeast doesn't require to be mixed in water like Active Dry yeast, does that mean that if I'm baking a bread that calls for me to make a sponge first (mixture of ADY, flour and water) before adding the rest of the ingredients,I should skip that step? Or can I go ahead and still just follow my usual directions?
