Years ago I used to use SAF-instant yeast (and I really liked it) but when I went back to teaching full-time, I stopped using it because there was no time to bake. Recently I just bought a pound of the SAF-instant yeast since it was the only thing available. How do I know if it is the red or the gold yeast? Is it just by the color of the package? I know that sounds dumb but I'm not sure what I have. The package is red and blue. Thanks.
