I just received my first order of the Red SAF-Instant yeast yesterday. Very exciting! I've never had such a large package before so, just to clarify, I can store it in say, a mason jar in the freezer? And, can I use it right out of the freezer or should it come to room temp before I add it to my recipes? Thanks! :)
