I make a cinnamon roll recipe that calls for a pack of active dry yeast. I tried instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp) in the recipe (since that is all that was available) but the dough hardly rose. I didn't have SAF Gold just SAF Red. Do I make these again but leave the dough out longer to rise? HELP!
