Hi, Karen! You can use your Gold yeast; while it's designed to help breads that contain more sugar in them to rise, it also works in regular dough and won't sweeten it at all. While you used to need to soak your yeast before it would work well, this is no longer the case. Feel free to add it into your dry ingredients with no other preparation. Happy baking!
