That's a great question! We do retire some of our recipes that simply aren't looked at very often, as well as ones that are too similar to other recipes when they could simply be written as a variation on a theme in the Baker's Tips at the bottom. We do keep PDF copies of all our retired web recipes, though, so if you're ever hunting for something like this that doesn't seem to be on our website anymore, send our customer service team an email. We can usually send you a copy as an attachment!
