May I suggest trying this with Sugar replacing the beans or weights or whatever else you may be using. You can get the Sugar up to the top of the Crust, thus helping the side from slipping. Also after you've done a few crusts you'll have nice 'toasted' sugar, and it is a great option in many a recipe.
