Hi! I just made the custard pie on your website. I made the crust suggested, which was new to me.When I mixed the crust I'm not sure I put in enuf water. I hesitated on the water cuz I thought it had a lot of fat for a single crust. It was a little difficult to roll.I let it sit a min so it would soften, and I got it in the pan but not the easiest thing I ever did. It came out with some little cracks which I put egg white on hoping to seal them but when I put the custard filling in it seeped thru the crust. I didn't think THAT would happen, but it is thin mixture. Bummer. The pie won't go to waste but I'd like any hints you might have so next time it'll be better looking. Thanks in advance.
