Hi there! I want to use my sourdough in a muffin recipe that calls for 3tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda (with 3 cups of flour and 1 cup of milk and 1/3 cup of yogurt). (1) How much do you think I should use? I was thinking 100g. (2) Do I need to omit any of the other leavening? Thx so much!
