I tried this recipe as a means of using my sourdough discard. This recipe calls for 6 1/2 oz of flour - but the other recipe published as King Arthurs Original Cake Pan Cake - Recipe of the Year and recipe of the centures- calls for 1 1/2 cups of flour... The recipe using 6 1/2 oz of flour flopped in the middle. I really found it hard to follow both recipes as they combine cups, ounces and grams - I would suggest publishing one recipe (in both places on your site) that uses an equivalent amount of flour and a consistent way of measurements. Maybe showing all three measurements, cups, ounces, and grams.... I think I'll try the recipe using 1 1/2 cups of flour which also shows grams and then subtract my starter in grams as opposed to ounces.... hope next time it turns out and tastes as good as it looks!
