For the yeast breads, when adding the starter and substituting the right amount of water and flour, are we also ommiting the commercial yeast I'm assuming?
Also, it would be good to give it some fermentation time to the dough before baking. Those parts are not mentioned, I don't think it is a good idea to mix commercial yeast and starter in the same recipe, but you know more than me, thanks!
