Hi Barbara! We wouldn't suggest freezing the unbaked pretzels but you definitely could freeze the baked pretzels and then reheat them before serving. When it was coming time to serve them, just let them defrost at room temperature for a few hours and then reheat. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
