We love this idea, Rebecca. One tip that comes to mind is making sure the cookie dough stays cool for as long as possible, otherwise the dough might start to melt into each other, which will make it more difficult to get them apart when it's time to bake. You can use treat sheets or parchment squares to separate the varieties of cookies and use chalkboard labels (or regular labels) on the top of the lids with baking instructions. The chip and chunk cookie recipes work particularly well for freezing and baking. Find a whole bunch to choose from here. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
