Depends on what you're baking, Tawyna. If you're baking cookie dough, biscuits, or scones, for example, you can bake the frozen dough without thawing it first. (You don't usually need to change the baking time; it might just need an extra minute or two in the oven.) If you're baking something like rolls, you'll want to let them thaw and rise before baking.
