You might consider saving the last step of making the snickerdoodles — rolling them in cinnamon-sugar — until you're ready to bake. Sugar tends to melt and become sticky upon thawing. Even if you took the cookies straight from the freezer and baked them, the exterior might not have that same lovely cinnamon-sugar crust that makes snickerdoodles so desirable. Freeze the unbaked dough, roll in cinnamon-sugar before placing on a baking sheet and baking. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
