Use the original temperature called for in the recipe and usually the same amount of bake time too — sometimes thick cookies need an additional minute or two to account for the cold dough, but you don't need to stray far from your normal baking routine. That's the beauty of this technique, if you ask us. The flavors don't change; perhaps they only deepen and become even more concentrated and delicious. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
