Thank you so much for this idea. I have cookie baking day every year about a week before Christmas. I make at least seven or eight types of cookies for friends and family. This has been a tradition for over 25 years, and everyone is eager for their cookies to arrive. The last few years I have considered throwing in the oven mitts. LOL. I'll be sixty next week and have a bad back. It's too painful to be fun anymore. This will make it so much easier. I can make a few batches every weekend and freeze them. The tradition will continue yet another year.
