Hi Kim! Yes and no. You can totally freeze gluten-free baked goods — just not for as long. For whatever reason, gluten-free items seem to break down a lot faster than their regular counterparts in the freezer. Ideally, you don't want to freeze gluten-free items longer than a week. Annabelle@KAF
