That is indeed an odd problem, Mindy, one that has us a little bit stumped. From what it sounds like, your freezer might be drying out your cookie dough a bit. It may be worth adding a little extra milk or maybe even an extra egg to your cookie dough so that it's slightly sticky. The extra moisture may be just what it needs to turn out perfectly as if you were baking them right after mixing the dough. We hope this helps! Annabelle@KAF
