We actually have a whole blog article dedicated to just pie, Carrie. (We LOVE pie!) The only pies we wouldn't recommend freezing are custard pies such as chocolate cream or pumpkin, because the filling tends to break down in the freezer. However, you can always freeze the crust for a month or so no problem. Happy baking and happy freezing! Annabelle@KAF
