Freeze and bake is great, and now I have a new challenge that I hope you can help with. Doing thanksgiving with friends who are a half hour's drive away. I am assigned the bread basket. They will need their oven for the bird so can you recommend rolls/muffins/ mix for bake and take? ( I am not sure if we can rewarm there and don't want soggy breads!). Thanks!
