Sherry, you can use this freeze and bake technique with almost any drop cookie recipe that's a standard dough-like consistency when unbaked. Filled cookies or cookies that are more batter-like are better baked and enjoyed without freezing. As for biscuits, you can certainly use a freeze and bake approach. You can bake the biscuits straight from frozen and add about 3-5 minutes to the bake time, or let them thaw in the fridge overnight for best results.
