I also have been, making and freezing cookie dough for years. I get all my recipes together and then measure out all dry ingredients and label and put in sandwich bags. I also get any additional ingredients, ie chocolate chips, nuts etc, and put with the bags of dry ingredients. Then I take anther day and make all the doughs and drop on sheets and freeze, bag and label. Then all that is left to do is bake another day. Before I retired, I was always the resident baker in every office I worked in.
