We haven't done much with that particular treat, Debbie, but we'd suspect they'd freeze much like a pecan pie - that is, just fine. With anything filled, you can run the risk of a soggy bottom once thawed, so you may find it helps to reheat/crisp up on a baking stone or pre-heated cookie sheet before serving. Mollie@KAF
